Felix Yelin

Prior to joining the firm, Felix worked for White and Williams for nine years in their Litigation practice, particularly in the following practice areas: Appellate, First Party Insurance Coverage, Class Actions, Construction Defect, Construction Accident, Products Liability, Insurance Defense, and Toxic Torts.

He has also served as Law Clerk for the Honorable Sandra Mazer Moss in the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia, PA. Yelin has been a part of a number of high-profile toxic tort trials across the United States involving national litigation involving alleged cancer-causing toxic chemicals found in the food supply and within schools. Yelin has also drafted winning appellate briefs filed before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Superior Court of Pennsylvania
Yelin graduated from University of Pennsylvania in May 2005 cum laude with a B.A. in Biology (Honors) and Political Science. He then went on to Temple University Beasley School of Law where he graduated as top 15% in his class, cum laude, in May 2010.
Yelin is active in the Louis D. Brandeis Law Society, having served as Chancellor in (2019-2021), Vice-Chancellor (2017-2019), Corresponding Secretary (2012-2017), and Executive Board Member (2012-present). As Chancellor, he helped organize and moderate events on issues involving hate crimes, ethical rules, and free speech. Such events featured state and local officials, including the sitting Attorney General of Pennsylvania. Yelin has been voted to the Pennsylvania Rising Star list by Super Lawyers Magazine in2018, 2020, and 2021.
Yelin has also engaged in pro bono practice throughout his career. He has represented clients from the Support Center for Child Advocates, Philadelphia VIP, and the Homeless Advocacy Project. He was also one of the first Pennsylvania attorneys to take on a client through the Philadelphia Lawyers for Social Equity (PLSE) Pardon Project.
Yelin is fluent in verbal Russian and proficient in written Russian. He is a native of the Philadelphia region.
