Lindsay A. Dunn Associate

Lindsay is an associate attorney in the firm’s Land Use Department. Lindsay’s practice concentrates on land use, zoning, construction litigation, mechanics’ liens, and landlord tenant matters. Before joining MacElree Harvey, Lindsay practiced with a Malvern based firm where she represented a diverse clientele in the Courts of Common Pleas of Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties. In addition to having served municipal clients, Lindsay has considerable experience representing contractors, businesses, and individuals.
Prior to entering private practice, Lindsay clerked for two years for the Honorable Ronald C. Nagle of the Chester County Court of Common Pleas. During her clerkship, she worked on various complex civil litigation matters including land use and zoning appeals.
Lindsay attended law school at the Pennsylvania State Dickinson School of Law where she concentrated her course work in land use and construction litigation. Also during law school, Lindsay served as an Associate Editor of the Journal of International Law. Lindsay completed her undergraduate education at the College of William and Mary, from which she graduated with a B.A. in Government.
