Lindsay is an attorney at MacElree Harvey, Ltd. in the firm’s Land Use Department. Her practice concentrates on land use, zoning, construction litigation, mechanics’ liens, and landlord-tenant matters. Before joining MacElree Harvey, Lindsay practiced with a Malvern based firm where she represented a diverse clientele in the Courts of Common Pleas of Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties. In addition to having served municipal clients, Lindsay has considerable experience representing contractors, businesses, and individuals.
Prior to entering private practice, Lindsay clerked for two years for the Honorable Ronald C. Nagle of the Chester County Court of Common Pleas. During her clerkship, she worked on various complex civil litigation matters including land use and zoning appeals.
Lindsay attended law school at the Pennsylvania State Dickinson School of Law where she concentrated her coursework in land use and construction litigation. During her third year of law school, she served as an Associate Editor of the Journal of International Law. Lindsay completed her undergraduate education at the College of William and Mary, achieving a B.A. in Government.

building in West Nantmeal Township. - Successfully represented a developer in obtaining dimensional variances in
Easttown Township. - Successfully represented private landowners in obtaining dimensional
variances to develop property in Westtown Township. - Successfully represented Patriot Chevrolet in securing dimensional variances for its automobile dealership in Limerick Township.
- Secured dimensional variances for residential property owners in East Vincent
to construct a pool. - Successfully represented private landowners in obtaining dimensional
variances to construct a large accessory building in West Vincent Township. - Secured subdivision and land development approvals for a developer in West Goshen Township.
- Successfully represented a developer in the acquisition of land for subdivision
and land development in East Whiteland Township. - Successfully represented Brandywine Health Foundation in an application for
real estate tax exemption. - Successfully represented residential property owners in obtaining dimensional
variances in West Chester Borough. - Successfully defended a private property owner from a mechanics’ lien on
property in East Bradford Township. - Successfully defended in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania the appeal of an award, including interest, penalties, and attorneys’ fees, under Pennsylvania’s
Contractor and Subcontractor Payment Act.
